Embedded text or transcriptIt was a disappointment when first we learned that Richard Whittington was not like this
To London
That probably he was more like this
And that the singularly fine and intelligent cat we believed him to have posssessed - was in fact quite ordinary
We now learn that it is even doubtful whether he ever had a cat!
Shall we be told next that he was one of those who cannot bear a cat in the room?
Shoo!
And that he did all in his power to discourage cats!
