NotesAugust 12. Western Europe. The R.A.f. carried out its most intensive daylight operations against Germany to date. Six squadrons of Blenhiems, escorted as far as Antwerp by strong fighter formations penetrated the German air defences, often at less that 100 ft. for 150 miles to bomb the Cologne power-stations ... He wanted to establish a New Order of absolute rule in Europe and pursued a policy of seizing land by force for the Aryan people.
