U.S.S.R.. Reports from Turkey, the Balkans and other centres in recent weeks of heavy
German troop concentrations on the Soviet frontiers from the Baltic to the Black Sea - a
total of 120 divisions was mentioned - and of the mobilisation of the Rumanian army on the
Bessarabian frontier led to an offical denial by the Soviet Tass Agency on June 13 of the
presence of a German threat to the U.S.S.R. Declaring such reports to be "completely absurd
and obviously sheer hostile propaganda" spread by forces hostile to Russia and Germany" ...

He served as German chancellor from 1933-1945 and head of state (Fuhrer) from 1934-1945. He established a single-party dictatorship based on the totalitarian and autocratic ideals of national socialism. He gained support for his views on German nationalism, anti-Semitism, anti-capitalism and anti-communism through his impassioned speeches and propaganda. He wanted to establish a New Order of absolute rule in Europe and pursued a policy of seizing land by force for the Aryan people.
