Embedded text or transcriptELGIN MARBLES "BEING SPOILT BY CLEANING" - EPSTEIN "Lor, Em, that Mister Epstein is
right. They must'a' cleaned this bloke wif a pick." ADVENTURES OF ADOLF THE A.R.P. GOAT
Apologies. Low has not yet been able to conduct the explosive tests on Adolf and the A.R.P.
shelter. Adolf, who is unable to swim, apparently, fell in and got darned near drowned. Lifebelts
are being added to the equipment. IS BLIMP DEAD? The statement in Parliament of the Minister of
War (whom Gort preserve) that he had buried Col. Blimp long ago, coming on top of the news from
U.S.A of Hitler's death last September, has caused mystification. The Peace Pledge Union, who
report a suspicious-looking spectre at the War Office, are not satisfied that this is merely a
"double". The matter is further complicated by rumors that there is no such person as
Hore-Belisha Low is consulting his lawyers.
