News: 4 February: The Prince of Wales arrived at the annual dinner of the Master Tailors' Benevolent Association wearing a shooting jacket and confessed he could not resist sometimes "taking the mickey". After grace the Prince changed into his tail coat. After applause from the audience the Prince apologised for appearing "rather shabbily dressed".News: 4 February: Ten Persian Gulf countries supported a proposal by the Shah of Iran that they should legislate to raise unilaterally the price of their oil. At a special meeting of the OPEC the Shah offered oil companies the chance to reopen negotiations provided they met the demands of the producer countries.
