Notes News: November 21. "Take Moscow or perish" is the slogan in Berlin, where it was admitted that the latest drive against the capital is dictated by the German army's urgent need to secure permanent winter quarters in the Soviet capital. With the prevailing temperature 27 degrees below freezing point, the unprepared Germans are seizing the warm winter clothing of the Russian people in the occupied territory.
