NotesFO0040-85: Down on the Farm - Rufus finds work on a farm, hiding Flook in hay barn. Hired man, Zack, tries to get rid of both Flook and Rufus, believing Flook to be a bogey. The friends leave, but return to fight a fire in the farmhouse, Flook's adaptable nose acting as a hose. Next day they set off for the village shop, but are chased by a bull. Flook acting as a warplane, subdues bull into carrying their shopping. A local drought is blamed on Flook's presence by Zack, supported by local farmers, who threaten the friends' employer. Again they go off, but a storm breaks and they return. Their employer treats them to a holiday in London and they depart, leaving floods behind them."
