Food Situation: As from April 6 the weekly bread, meat and fat rations were reduced... It was officially explained that the cuts were due to the poor crops resulting from bad weather and lack of agricultural labour on the one hand, and to the greatly increased requirements on the other caused by demands of the armed forces, ... He wanted to establish a New Order of absolute rule in Europe and pursued a policy of seizing land by force for the Aryan people.
