It is reported that the Government of the U.S.S.R., moved by the accounts of "What I Saw in Russia" by Sir Walter Citrine and other anti-Bolsh visitors, is thinking of returning the compliment and sending a party over to study the British experiment from the standpoint of Soviet civilization.
