Monte Carlo is so bracing
The Riviera is making strenuous efforts to attract English visitors. Fares have been reduced, and admission to the Casinos is to be free. Arrangements are being completed for the production of balloons, comic hats, indecent post-cards and Monte Carlo rock. A bumper season is expected.
Give 'Em Time
