NotesNews: "All homes worth more than 2 million pounds would be subject to a mansion tax should Labour win the next election, Ed Miliband has revealed. The party plans to extract an average of 30,000 pounds a year from about 70,000 high-value properties to fund the return of the 10p tax rate, abolished by Gordon Brown in 2007.
