Notes | News: 24 Apr: Diego Bardon, bullfighter, artist, writer and member of Panic, an artistic movement seeking new forms of expression, refused to kill his bull at the Vista Alegre ring in Madrid. It is an offence for a bullfighter to refuse to kill his bull and Mr Bardon was rescued by police from the angry crowd, and arrested. News: 26 Apr: The General Council of the TUC announced "resentful and reluctant acquiescence" in Phase Two of the Government's anti-inflation policy. |
